Description

This unit is a clear PVC static mixer, which unlike other static mixers, allows visual inspection of the mixed product a durable, cost-effective mixing option.

All mixers are available in both 6 element or 12 element configurations. All mixers come standard with male MPT threads in sizes 3/8" - 2". Koflo static mixers are edge sealed to the inside of the housing. The advantages of edge sealing are increased mixing efficiency increased structural integrity.

Static mixers are versatile mixing devices that can be used in a wide range of industries and applications. One of the primary uses of the mixers is in the dilution of polymers and flocculants as well as:

  • Admixing of water treatment chemicals
  • pH control
  • Chlorination and ozonation
  • Process control sampling

With proper blending, it is quite common to recover the cost of a mixer in a short period of time. This is the result of lower chemical costs associated with better mixing.
