Hayward YS Series Clear PVC Y-Strainers are offered in standard socket or threaded bodies (true union end available upon request). (Sizes 1/2 in. - 2 in.)

  • Horizontal or vertical installation.
  • 2:1 Open air ratio Hex cap for easy access to screen
  • Plastic screen has 1/32 in. perforation

See how much dirt and debris have been trapped by the strainer screen in the Clear PVC Y-Strainer. The translucent PVC body permits viewing of the strainer screen in operation.

  • Available in 1/2 in. - 2 in. with socket or threaded end connections
  • FPM seats only
